15th February: We are now taking names of players wishing to participate in the State Championships. O35s, 40s & 50s will be played at Ipswich during the May long weekend. O45s & 55s will be at Bundaberg during the June long weekend. Players wishing to register their interest, please email selectors@schavets.com including a contact number and which division.
Also note - Queensland nominations have to be in 2 weeks BEFORE the championships and no nominations will be accepted after the first game commences. Deadline is April 16 and May 28 respectively. Go to the Queensland Vets website www.qldmensvetshockey.com for more details. On-line nomination forms will be available by February 1st.
8th February: Golf Day for the Junior Development fundraiser has been confirmed as Sunday March 28th. The event will take place at the Caloundra course commencing at Noon for a timed start and will be an Ambrose format. Cost will be $40 per person with lots of prizes up for grabs during the round. We would welcome many players - not just from Vets hockey - so make up a group of four and invite your golfing mates too. To confirm your participation, please click here.
